4 naan breads
3/4 cup (180 ml) prepared butter chicken sauce, divided
2 cups (500 ml) cooked, shredded chicken, divided
2 cups (500 ml) grated mozzarella cheese
1 tsp (5 ml) chili flakes
½ cup (125 ml) cilantro, roughly chopped


Preheat oven to 425F.  Arrange naan on baking sheets.

Spread a couple of tablespoons of butter chicken sauce on each naan. Toss chicken with remaining butter chicken sauce.

Evenly distribute cheese onto naan. Spread chicken mixture evenly on top of cheese. Sprinkle with chili flakes.

Bake naan for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and crust is crisp on edges. Top with chopped cilantro.

Note: This recipe easily scales up or down to fit the number of people served.
