The Merchant Kitchen menu features a Korean Fried Chicken dish that uses local Manitoba chicken, made with house brine, Korean spice rub, garlic chili sauce and soy syrup. This delectable dish is one of our favourite local chicken dishes – a must-have when you’re dining out! The restaurant operates on the mantra of honouring the traditional ingredients, flavours, and techniques of Asia and Latin America, while incorporating the freshest local ingredients possible, including Manitoba Chicken!
