2 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
½ cup Franks Buffalo Wing Sauce
24 Wonton wrappers
1 small package coleslaw mix
1 container crumbled Blue cheese (125 g size)
Preheat oven to 350 F. Mix hot sauce and shredded chicken together and set aside.
Place wonton wrappers in mini-muffin tins and place in oven for about 5 minutes to crisp. Let cool slightly.
Place about 1 Tbsp of the coleslaw mix on the bottom of each wonton cup. Add some chicken and top with the crumbled Blue cheese. Place back into oven until cheese melts.
Serve with fresh veggies and ranch dressing on the side.
Tip: Look for wonton wrappers in the freezer section of larger grocery stores.
