LEMON and BASIL MARINADE

Ingredients

3/4 cup canola oil
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 tbsps white wine vinegar
2 tbsps finely chopped fresh basil (or 2 tsp dried)
2 tsps liquid honey
2 tsps Dijon mustard
3 clove garlic, crushed

Preparation

Whisk all ingredients together.  Put chicken in a resealable plastic bag.  Pour in marinade and seal bag.  Gently turn bag until chicken is coated with marinade.  Refrigerate for up to 24 hours.
