4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
4 slices Swiss cheese
1 box stuffing mix (120g size)
1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup water
Preheat oven to 350F (180C).
Place chicken in a single layer in a casserole dish.
Put 1 slice of cheese on each piece of chicken; sprinkle stuffing mix over cheese.
In a bowl, stir together soup and water until smooth. Pour over stuffing.
Bake uncovered until a meat thermometer inserted into the chicken reads 170F (77C) (about 45-50 minutes).
Variation: Use 8 boneless skinless chicken thighs for the chicken breasts. Top each thigh with half a slice of cheese.
