1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp each sea salt and fresh ground pepper
1/4 cup cilantro, coarsely chopped
1/4 cup EACH mayonnaise and plain Greek yogurt
1 large avocado, peeled, seeded and coarsely chopped
Juice of 1/2 lime
2 cups shredded cooked chicken
In small bowl, mix together the garlic, salt, pepper, cilantro, mayonnaise and yogurt.
In a larger bowl, toss the avocado with the lime juice. Add the chicken and the garlic yogurt dressing; toss until well mixed.
Cover and refrigerate for 20-30 minutes to let flavors blend. Serve on lettuce leaves or as a filling for your favorite artisan bread.
